Prepare a clearer monitoring scope.

Use these discovery questions to prepare a more precise conversation about sites, assets, sensors, workflows, and operating evidence.

Before discovery

Four things worth knowing before the first call.

Start with a broad description. Detailed records can follow later through an agreed channel, not through the public form.

  1. 01

    The question

What you need to see, decide or prove that you cannot today.

  2. 02

    The assets or spaces

Which equipment, rooms, tanks, lines or vehicles are involved, and roughly how many.

  3. 03

    The systems in use

ERP, attendance, quality or maintenance tools the result should work with.

  4. 04

    The reviewer

Who looks at the result and what action follows.

Planned / scoped solutions

Food Safety and Pharma Monitoring.

These are discovery areas, not full released product pages or compliance claims.

Food Safety

Can be scoped around monitored conditions, evidence, corrective actions, and customer procedures. GoSense360 does not claim HACCP certification.

Pharma Monitoring

Can be scoped around controlled conditions and review evidence. GoSense360 does not claim GDP certification or universal validation.

Discovery gate

Regulatory context, intended use, devices, calibration, validation, records, and acceptance must be established before a proposal.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can we start with one area?

Yes. A bounded scope, such as one line, one cold room or a few generators, can be agreed first and expanded on evidence.

Can you connect our ERP?

The required workflow, access and available interfaces are reviewed first. A connector is not assumed to be ready. GoSense360 business modules are an option where no system is in place.

How is pricing determined?

Hardware, measurement scope, connectivity, integration work, commissioning and support are set out in the proposal. No fixed price is implied on this site.

How quickly can a project start?

Timing depends on discovery, hardware availability, site access and the agreed scope. The website does not promise a delivery date.

Is AI included?

Only the capabilities stated in the agreed scope. AI pilot work needs its own data and evaluation criteria.

Where do existing customers get support?

In the authenticated Customer Portal, under the support arrangements agreed for your deployment.
