GoSense360 Platform

A controlled path from field reading to operational context.

The platform separates the data plane, operational context, business ownership, and recovery responsibilities so the result can be trusted and reviewed.

Sense to recover

Six responsibilities, kept explicit.

A dependable system is easier to reason about when the hot path, business records, live projections, and recovery routes do not blur together.

Sense

Capture an approved signal from identified hardware.

Validate

Check credentials, configuration, payload, sequence, and time.

Persist

Store accepted history before refreshing recent state.

Contextualize

Relate evidence to tenant, branch, device, asset, or workflow.

Act

Apply an approved operational or ERP workflow.

Recover

Use bounded paths for buffered data and interrupted effects.

In the field

Separate device connectivity from sensor health.

An online device can still have a faulty sensor. Reviews distinguish communication status from the validity of the measurement itself.

  • Device online or offline, shown apart from the reading
  • Trends reviewed against an agreed limit, not a single value
  • Events kept with the asset and its maintenance record
  • Follow-up raised as a task for the responsible team

Available / evidenced

Platform foundations supported by current contracts and tests.

These are carefully worded engineering properties, not claims of perfect availability or universal sensor support.

Identity-bound telemetry

Device identity and configuration are checked at the live ingestion boundary.

History-first acceptance

Accepted telemetry history is persisted before the separate recent-state refresh.

UTC chronology

Time is normalized for consistent ordering across devices, live events, and recovered history.

Tenant-scoped operations

Authorized operational reads and workflows enforce customer boundaries at the responsible service.

Buffered recovery

A dedicated bulk path supports ordered recovery of buffered readings rather than pretending they are current.

Operational conditions

Device liveness, sensor health, alerts, incidents, and notifications are distinct concerns with controlled ownership boundaries.

Reliability model

Durable facts, rebuildable projections, explicit obligations.

Each layer has a narrow job. The live view is fast and rebuildable; it never becomes the owner of business history.

LayerRoleBoundary
Business control planeBusiness objects, configuration, workflow ownership, and approved recordsNot the per-packet telemetry hot path
Time-series historyAccepted immutable telemetry and defined operational factsNot mutable business workflow ownership
Live state viewFast recent state and rebuildable operational projectionsNothing irreplaceable should live only here
Durable obligationsReplayable, idempotent recording work after its defined commit boundaryNot a public business-history source

Reliability position

Validation, persistence, visible failure behavior, recovery, and idempotent boundaries reduce operational risk. They are engineering controls rather than guarantees covering every possible outage, loss scenario, or duplicate end-to-end delivery.

Intelligence maturity

Analysis and automation grow with evidence.

Advanced capability is introduced only with appropriate data, controls, and acceptance.
