Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, country and area of interest. You may add a short project outline, phone number, job title, city, timing and rough site or monitoring-point counts. Do not submit passwords, API keys, employee or payroll records, customer data, or confidential production figures through this public form.

How the information is used

We use the submitted information to respond to your enquiry, prepare technical discovery, route a proposal request, and maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation. Public operational-support requests are redirected to the authenticated Customer Portal.

Submission and service providers

The form submits to a same-origin server endpoint. That endpoint validates the request, applies anti-abuse controls, and sends the enquiry to the GoSense360 sales mailbox through a server-side email provider. Provider and verification credentials are not placed in browser code. The website implementation does not intentionally create a separate customer-profile database from these enquiries.

Data minimization and retention

We ask only for information intended to help scope and respond to the request. Enquiry records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, proposal, related business obligations, security, and applicable legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Security and anti-abuse data

Hosting, security, and email providers may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and delivery metadata to operate and protect the service. The DirectAdmin endpoint uses a one-way hash of the requesting IP with timestamps for bounded rate limiting.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of the business contact information you submitted, subject to applicable obligations. Contact contact@gosense360.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry safely.

International processing and legal details

Hosting, security, or email services may process data in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards.
